Easy To Put Together And Use

One of the things that we are sure you will agree is important for home gym equipment is that it is easy enough to assemble. The V-Fit Fit-Smart treadmill has clear and uncomplicated instructions and while some of the bolts may need a little fiddling to align them properly with the holes, it is an all and all easy thing setting this up.

Once it is assembled, you can manoeuvre it around easily thanks to the folding design. As it is only 38 kg, this also contributes to how easy it is to tidy away when it is not in use. One thing that should be noted though is that the top speed for the treadmill is only 8 km/h, which falls short of the standard 10 km/h that many of the other models are in the lower end of the spectrum.

Highlighted Feature: Three-Point Frame Incline

By far the best thing about this very plain and no-thrills, but well-designed treadmill is the option it offers to alter the incline. There is an adjustable pin on the actual frame that allows you to use to achieve an incline of as much as 7%. This is obviously ideal if you are looking to diversify your workout to simulate walking, jogging or running up hills instead of just on flat surfaces, like you would if you were out and about.
